I Giusti e Zanza was established in 1995 and is located in the hills of Fauglia, just 30 kilometers north of the renowned Bolgheri region, in Tuscany. Under the leadership of owners Paolo Giusti and Fabio Zanza, utilizes biodynamic and sustainable farming methods in all its vineyards. The vineyards of I Giusti e Zanza benefit from a Mediterranean climate, with mild winters and temperate summers. The soil’s composition, mainly soft sand and gravel with some clay, offers a good water drainage. The terroir of this area is ideal to grow varietals such as Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, but also Trebbiano and Semillon.
